Parent Support Services
The Parent Support Services program is a statewide, initiative funded both privately and by the Department of Children and Families. KIDSAFE CT’s “Triple P” Program is a curriculum based adaptation of the Parent-Aide Program, which has been serving families for more than thirty years.
The program provides home-based intervention and prevention services, including advocacy and education to families whose children are at risk of child abuse and/or neglect. Parent Educators are trained in providing assistance to parents in areas of child development, discipline and home management skills. The program is available free of charge for families with children ages 2-17.
